Who is responsible
Helix Tech B.V., Spoorlaan 1, 1391 SZ Abcoude, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 42151747), is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at support@helixtech.dev.
What this website collects
The site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties: fonts and styles come from our own server.
Like any web server, ours writes an access log with your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser's user agent. We use these logs to keep the server secure and to fix problems. They are deleted after 14 days. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure service.
When you email us
We use your address and the content of your message to answer you, and we keep the correspondence for as long as the matter needs. We do not add you to mailing lists.
Who processes data for us
- Hetzner Online GmbH hosts the web server, in Finland.
- Cloudflare, Inc. provides DNS and forwards mail sent to our domain.
- Google LLC provides the mailbox where that mail arrives.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, for correction or deletion, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to support@helixtech.dev. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
